100 PERCENT COMPANY MEMBERSHIP
The Association will accept the entire membership of a Pennsylvania Fire Company, Fire Department, EMS Service, or Firemen’s Relief Association as members of the Firemen’s Association of the State of Pennsylvania. There are no restrictions regarding the ages of those members, except that each individual must be a member of the Firemen’s Association of the State of PA for a period of one year (365 days), before becoming eligible for the death benefit($500.00). No individual may hold more than one membership in the Association. All members of the Firemen’s Association of the State of PA must also be current and/or life members of a Fire or EMS organization located in the Commonwealth of PA. All 100% companies must submit a roster of members, to the Financial Secretary, to include the names and birth dates of each of its members.

DUES
Individual Members ( includes 100 %) $8.00
Associate Members (out-of-state only) $5.00
Fire or EMS Organization $20.00

The current death benefit payment payable to individual members is $500.00 Send all dues and death claims to the Financial Secretary (Address Below)
